Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer specialized in interior fit-out projects to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and bring 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience working within the GCC, specifically in interior finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves supervising and coordinating various site activities related to partitions, ceilings, flooring, and painting. You will manage subcontractors and on-site workers to ensure seamless execution and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for timely completion by closely monitoring progress and adhering to project schedules.

Required Skills

• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing review
• Strong project management abilities to oversee site operations
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to interact effectively with subcontractors and crews

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Demonstrated experience within fit-out works in the Gulf Cooperation Council region is essential to understand local regulations and standards.
