We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer specialized in fit-out projects to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering along with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in the GCC region, focusing on interior fit-out construction.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating effectively with contractors and labor teams, and overseeing the quality of workmanship across partitions, ceilings, flooring, and painting tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects progress according to schedule and meet the set quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the GCC, especially in interior fit-out works
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software
• Good project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
