Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in interior fit-out projects to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and possess 5 to 8 years of relevant GCC experience specifically in fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves supervising and managing site activities related to partitions, ceilings, flooring, and painting. You will coordinate with subcontractors and site workers to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout the project duration is essential.

Required Skills

• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software for project planning and documentation
• Strong project management skills to oversee multiple fit-out activities

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and demonstrate a solid background with 5 to 8 years of experience working on interior fit-out projects within the GCC region.
