We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in interior fit-out projects to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of professional experience in the GCC region, focusing on fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, and painting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise site activities related to interior fit-out works.
• Coordinate effectively with workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress to guarantee completion within scheduled timelines.
• Maintain high-quality standards across all phases of construction.
• Interpret and work from construction drawings accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in GCC fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of partitions, ceilings, flooring, and painting works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and modifying plans.
• Basic project management skills to support scheduling and coordination.
