Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Central AC / HVAC Technician with hands-on experience managing large-scale cooling systems in malls, commercial buildings, or similar facilities. This role requires expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting central AC units, chillers, air handling units (AHU), and fan coil units (FCU) within complex HVAC setups.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair works on central cooling systems. Experience working in busy commercial environments such as malls, towers, hospitals, or other large facilities will be highly valuable.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience servicing central AC systems, chillers, AHU, and FCU units
• Strong background in HVAC system troubleshooting and maintenance
• Previous work in malls, large commercial buildings, or healthcare facilities preferred
• Capability to work under pressure in dynamic environments
• Availability for immediate joining is an advantage
