The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and refining soap and detergent formulations, ensuring quality control throughout the production cycle, and supervising manufacturing activities. Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with soap and detergent production and formulation.
• Strong knowledge of raw materials and chemical processes involved in product manufacturing.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and improve product quality consistently.
• Experience in quality assurance and production supervision is essential.
• Proactive and practical approach, well-suited for a start-up manufacturing setting.
