We are currently seeking a skilled BMS Site Engineer and Estimation Engineer to join a reputable company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires candidates with proven experience in building management systems (BMS) and project cost estimation to contribute effectively to ongoing and upcoming engineering projects. The company offers visa sponsorship for qualified applicants located outside the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing on-site BMS installations and ensuring systems operate efficiently according to project specifications.
• Preparing accurate project cost estimates and budgets related to BMS engineering tasks.
• Coordinating with project teams to oversee smooth execution and timely completion of assignments.
• Conducting site inspections and troubleshooting any technical issues related to BMS equipment.
• Collaborating with contractors and suppliers to source materials and services needed for projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience as a BMS site engineer and in estimation engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of building management systems and related technologies.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed project cost analyses and budgets.
• Ability to work independently on-site, manage deadlines, and maintain clear communication.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian engineering standards is an advantage.
