We are seeking a skilled BMS Operator with comprehensive experience in managing HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in monitoring and maintaining equipment such as chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, and FCUs. This role demands a proactive individual who is adept at troubleshooting system alarms, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring the efficient performance of building management systems.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include continuous monitoring of HVAC components to detect and address faults promptly. The operator will handle alarms, perform diagnostics, and collaborate with maintenance teams to execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
