Job Overview

We are looking for ten skilled BIM Modelers specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to join a prestigious Giga Construction Project in Riyadh. This on-site opportunity requires professionals who are ready to join immediately or within ten days, bringing their expertise to a dynamic project environment.

The contract duration is one year with potential for renewal based on project needs. Candidates will work six days a week, with a daily schedule of 10 hours, including one hour of break time.

Key Responsibilities

As a BIM Modeler MEP, you will play a crucial role in developing detailed mechanical and electrical design models. Your tasks will include:

• Building and maintaining accurate MEP models using Autodesk Revit software.
• Conducting clash detection and facilitating coordination across architectural, structural, and site engineering teams through Navisworks.
• Producing technical drawings, preparing model submissions, and managing documentation using project platforms like Aconex or CDE.
• Performing quantity take-offs and generating material schedules derived directly from BIM models.
• Ensuring quality control and model integrity by conducting thorough reviews of design outputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must have:

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in BIM MEP modeling.
• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks software.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid Saudi Iqama with transferable status and active health insurance.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Riyadh and availability to join immediately or within ten days.
