Job Overview

We are seeking ten skilled BIM Engineers specialized in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to join a major Giga Construction Project based in Riyadh. This is a one-year contract position with the possibility of renewal depending on project demands. The role requires working on-site at the project office, with a schedule of 10 hours per day, six days a week.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for developing detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring seamless interdisciplinary coordination with architectural and structural teams through Navisworks. Responsibilities include performing clash detection to resolve design conflicts, generating technical drawings, preparing model submissions, and maintaining up-to-date project documentation via platforms like Aconex or other Common Data Environments (CDE). Additionally, candidates will conduct accurate quantity take-offs and material scheduling directly from BIM models, and undertake quality assurance checks to maintain model accuracy throughout project phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in BIM for MEP design within large-scale construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks for model development and coordination.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting.
• Possession of a valid Saudi Iqama with transferable status and current health insurance coverage.
• Strong ability to work full-time on-site in Riyadh and availability to start immediately or within 10 days.
