Job Overview

We are looking for ten skilled BIM Engineers specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) to join a major Giga construction project based in Riyadh. This on-site role requires managing detailed MEP models and collaborating extensively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution. The contract is for one year, with the possibility of extension depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality MEP design models using Autodesk Revit. You will perform clash detection and coordinate with architectural, structural, and site engineering teams through Navisworks to ensure effective integration across disciplines. Additional duties include preparing technical drawings, submitting models and documentation via platforms such as Aconex or other common data environments, performing quantity take-offs, and generating material schedules directly from the BIM models. Quality assurance reviews to maintain model accuracy and consistency are also essential.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience working as a BIM Engineer in MEP disciplines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
  • Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes and interdisciplinary coordination
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation

Additional Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid transferable Saudi Iqama and be currently residing in Saudi Arabia. Health insurance coverage is mandatory. The role requires candidates to work full-time on-site in Riyadh, with a 10-hour workday across six days weekly. Immediate availability or joining within 10 days is preferred.
