Job Overview

We are currently hiring ten skilled Mechanical BIM Engineers to join an ambitious Giga Construction Project based in Riyadh. This opportunity offers a six-month contract, which may be extended depending on project demands. Successful candidates will play a critical role in developing detailed MEP design models and ensuring seamless coordination among multiple engineering disciplines on-site at the project office.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical BIM Engineers will be responsible for creating and managing high-fidelity MEP models utilizing Autodesk Revit. Coordination to detect and resolve clashes through Navisworks between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, structural, and site engineering models will be a core function. Additional tasks include generating precise technical drawings, preparing submission packages, and maintaining thorough documentation using project management tools such as Aconex or CDE. The role also involves conducting accurate quantity take-offs and material schedules directly from the BIM models, along with performing quality assurance checks to maintain model integrity and design accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess at least five years of professional experience in BIM or MEP coordination. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. Expertise in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks software is essential, alongside strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Candidates must hold a valid Saudi Iqama and have current health insurance coverage. This role demands full-time on-site presence in Riyadh, with availability to start within one week of selection confirmation.
