Job Overview

We are actively seeking ten skilled BIM Engineers specializing in Mechanical MEP disciplines to join a high-profile giga construction project based in Riyadh. This on-site role offers a 6-month contract, with potential for renewal based on project needs. The positions involve working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to develop detailed mechanical design models and ensure seamless integration across all engineering aspects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for creating and maintaining advanced MEP models using Autodesk Revit, and performing clash detection through Navisworks. They will coordinate design efforts with architectural and structural teams, manage technical drawings, and update model documentation via project management platforms such as Aconex or CDE. Additional duties include extracting quantity take-offs and preparing accurate material schedules, alongside conducting thorough quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of design accuracy and model integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must have a minimum of five years’ professional experience in BIM or MEP coordination, with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks software. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent qualification, is required. Proficiency in MS Office tools is essential. Candidates should hold a valid Saudi Iqama (residency permit) along with health insurance and be available to work full-time on-site in Riyadh. Immediate joining within one week of selection is necessary.

Candidate Eligibility

This opportunity is open to all nationalities currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid Iqama. Due to the urgent nature of the hiring, candidates who require extended notice periods (one to two months) or those without a valid Iqama are not eligible.
