Job Overview

We are currently seeking five skilled BIM Engineers specialized in Electrical disciplines to join a high-profile Giga Construction Project based in Riyadh. This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design models. The positions offer a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension depending on project demands, and require full-time on-site presence at the project office in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for creating and managing accurate MEP models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring seamless integration with architectural, structural, and site engineering teams through Navisworks for clash detection. They will prepare detailed technical drawings, handle model submissions, and maintain project documentation using platforms like Aconex or other Common Data Environments (CDE). Additionally, candidates will perform quantity take-offs and material scheduling directly from BIM models and conduct rigorous quality assurance reviews to maintain design precision and model integrity.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of five years’ experience in BIM engineering or MEP coordination roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Job Requirements and Candidate Eligibility

Candidates must hold a valid Saudi Iqama and health insurance to qualify for this role. This position demands immediate availability to start within one week of selection confirmation and requires full-time, on-site work at the Riyadh project location.
