Job Overview

We are looking for five skilled BIM Engineers specializing in electrical systems to join a major Giga Construction Project based in Riyadh. This contract position lasts for six months, with potential extensions depending on project needs. Successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting the development and coordination of detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design models to ensure seamless interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves creating and maintaining detailed MEP models using Autodesk Revit, performing clash detection to resolve conflicts among architectural, structural, and site engineering designs through Navisworks, and generating technical drawings aligned with project requirements. Candidates will be responsible for preparing model submissions, managing documentation via project platforms such as Aconex or other CDEs, as well as conducting quantity take-offs and preparing material schedules directly extracted from BIM models. Additionally, they will carry out quality assurance reviews to verify model accuracy and ensure design integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in BIM engineering or MEP coordination roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, or equivalent qualification
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is essential
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must hold a valid Saudi Iqama (resident permit) and have current health insurance coverage
• Readiness to work full-time onsite at the Riyadh project office
• Availability to start work within one week of selection
