Job Overview

We are currently seeking five skilled Electrical BIM Engineers to join a major giga construction project based in Riyadh. This on-site role involves supporting the detailed development and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design models, ensuring seamless integration across all engineering disciplines. The contract is initially for six months, with the possibility of extension depending on project demands.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed MEP models using Autodesk Revit. Collaboration with architectural, structural, and site engineers through Navisworks to perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts is essential. They will also prepare technical drawings, submit models, and maintain thorough documentation via project management platforms such as Aconex or CDE. Additional duties include conducting quantity take-offs and preparing material schedules directly from BIM models, alongside carrying out quality assurance checks to confirm model accuracy and design integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must have a minimum of five years’ experience in BIM or MEP coordination roles. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required. Expertise in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is critical, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Applicants must possess a valid Saudi Iqama (residency permit) and have health insurance coverage. Availability to work full-time at the project office in Riyadh and readiness to join within one week after selection are also mandatory.
