Job Overview

We are looking for five skilled BIM Engineers specializing in electrical systems to join a major Giga Construction project based in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site role with a contract duration of six months, renewable depending on project needs. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and coordinating detailed MEP design models to support seamless interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves creating and maintaining accurate electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit and conducting clash detection using Navisworks to ensure smooth coordination with architectural, structural, and site engineering teams. Candidates will manage model submissions, produce technical drawings, and maintain project documentation via platforms like Aconex or similar Common Data Environments (CDE). Additionally, they will be tasked with performing quantity take-offs and compiling material schedules directly from the BIM models, while ensuring design quality through regular reviews and quality assurance checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in BIM or MEP coordination, with a strong electrical engineering focus
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification
• Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Proficient with MS Office tools
• Valid Saudi Iqama and health insurance coverage
• Ability to start within one week of job offer confirmation and commit to on-site work in Riyadh
