Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Mechanical BIM Coordinator/Engineer with over 7 years of experience to support our ongoing construction projects in Riyadh. This role involves comprehensive BIM coordination and requires hands-on engagement from initial modeling stages through to the as-built documentation phase. The position offers a supplier-based contract with a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing full BIM coordination from the initial stages up to LOD 300 models during the IFC phase, in collaboration with external design consultants.
• Providing on-site coordination and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Preparing detailed workshop drawings at LOD 400.
• Creating accurate As-Built drawings at LOD 500 to reflect final construction conditions.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in mechanical BIM coordination and engineering.
• Strong ability to handle BIM workflows from scratch and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Availability for immediate mobilization.
• Applicants must note that this is a supplier-based role with no possibility of Iqama transfer. Contracts will be issued through Ajeer or via a Kafeel No Objection Letter.
