Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Electrical BIM Coordinator/Engineer to join our construction team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing Building Information Modeling processes for ongoing projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout various project phases with external design consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination efforts from the initial stages up to LOD 300 models during the IFC phase as prepared by external consultants.
• Provide on-site coordination and support to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
• Develop detailed workshop drawings at LOD 400, facilitating precise construction work.
• Prepare accurate As-Built drawings at LOD 500, reflecting finalized project conditions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in electrical BIM coordination within construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in BIM software and tools applicable to electrical engineering and construction workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design consultants and onsite teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple deliverables smoothly.

Additional Information

This role offers a competitive salary package and is supplier-based. Please note, the position does not support Iqama transfer; contracts will be handled via Ajeer or through a Kafeel No Objection Letter.
