Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Civil BIM Coordinator/Engineer to support our ongoing construction projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM coordination, capable of managing projects from initial modeling to the final as-built stage. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full BIM coordination activities from the initial stages through to LOD 300 models during the IFC phase, collaborating closely with external design consultants.
• Provide site-based BIM coordination and technical support to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare detailed workshop drawings at LOD 400 for accurate construction guidance.
• Develop precise as-built drawings at LOD 500 to document completed structures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience in Civil BIM coordination and engineering.
• Proven ability to work with external design consultants and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge and experience with BIM software and standards.

Important Details

This position is supplier-based and offers a competitive salary package. Please note that Iqama transfer is not available for this role. The contract will be managed through Ajeer/Kafeel with a No Objection Letter.
