Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator or Architectural Engineer with extensive experience to join our team in Riyadh. This role involves comprehensive BIM management supporting ongoing construction projects, with an emphasis on delivering detailed architectural models and coordination throughout various project phases.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full BIM coordination from initial stages up to Level of Development (LOD) 300 during the Issued for Construction (IFC) phase, working closely with external design consultants. On-site coordination and support will also be required to ensure smooth project execution.

Additional duties include preparing workshop drawings at LOD 400 and developing accurate As-Built drawings at LOD 500 to suit project needs.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM coordination within architectural projects.
• Proficient in modeling BIM from early stages through to detailed construction documentation.
• Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage site-based coordination activities.
• Experience producing workshop and As-Built drawings following LOD standards.

Contract and Work Conditions

This vacancy is offered through a supplier contract with a competitive salary package. Please note that Iqama transfer is not possible for this position. Employment will be provided through Ajeer or Kafeel with a No Objection Letter.
