Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Quality Control Engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical to join a leading project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, focusing on quality control during the erection of both static and rotary equipment.

This role is part of a project with L&T Company, involving installation and supervision for desalination and water treatment plants, emphasizing the importance of quality assurance in piping and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the erection process of static and rotary mechanical equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage quality control procedures for metallic and non-metallic piping systems involved in the plant’s infrastructure.
• Conduct inspections, reviews, and testing of materials and installation practices specific to desalination and water treatment facilities.
• Collaborate closely with project engineers, contractors, and vendors to maintain high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum eight years of experience as a Mechanical QC Engineer, preferably in large industrial projects.
• Proven expertise in erection and quality oversight of static and rotary equipment.
• Hands-on experience with metallic and non-metallic piping systems, ensuring installation meets rigorous quality standards.
• Background working on desalination or water treatment plants is highly advantageous.
