Job Overview

ATCONS is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join a client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a critical role requiring strong leadership and hands-on management skills to oversee multi-site warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large warehouse teams totaling over 200 personnel. They will ensure that warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently across multiple locations, with a focus on performance improvement and adherence to industry best practices. The role also requires maintaining effective inventory management and operational standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• 7 to 10 years of proven experience in warehouse operations management, preferably across multiple sites
• Extensive leadership experience managing large teams of 200 or more staff
• Practical knowledge and usage of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM)
• Strong understanding of warehouse performance metrics and best practices, including 5S, Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT), inventory accuracy, and dock-to-stock processes
• Proficiency in Arabic communication is highly preferred
