Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Engineer to manage and supervise architectural and finishing works at the project site in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work adheres to approved plans, specifications, and project schedules while coordinating closely with various engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties include direct oversight of all architectural construction activities on site and detailed monitoring of finishing tasks such as painting, flooring, false ceilings, doors, and facade installations. The engineer will review architectural shop drawings to verify compliance in execution and collaborate regularly with civil, electrical, and mechanical teams to maintain workflow harmony. They will also be responsible for preparing regular progress reports and submitting them to the Project Manager. QA/QC processes must be followed rigorously to ensure all materials and workmanship meet the approved standards. The role requires identifying and resolving any site-related issues or engineering conflicts promptly to avoid delays.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience within construction companies, with a strong background in finishing works; GCC experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective team management skills.
• Excellent communication capabilities paired with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
