We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in interior fit-out projects to join a dynamic team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and possess between 5 to 8 years of professional experience within the GCC region, focusing primarily on fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves overseeing and managing site activities related to fit-out construction. You will coordinate closely with subcontractors and site workers to ensure smooth workflow, maintain high-quality standards, and guarantee that projects are completed within the specified deadlines. A strong understanding of partitions, ceilings, flooring, and painting is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 to 8 years of experience in the GCC, specifically in interior fit-out projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings accurately
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for project planning and execution
• Project management capabilities to ensure timely and quality delivery

Work Environment

This position requires active site supervision, collaboration with multiple teams, and hands-on management of construction sites. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with all stakeholders involved.
