Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chinese Language Instructor to join our academy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering dynamic and engaging Mandarin language lessons, supporting students across all proficiency levels from beginner to advanced.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include planning and conducting Mandarin classes that focus on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. You will create lesson plans that align with the academy’s curriculum, incorporating modern teaching methodologies and interactive activities like dialogues and role-plays. Introducing learners to Chinese culture and communication etiquette is an important aspect of the role. Additionally, the instructor will assess student progress regularly and provide individualized support to enhance pronunciation and fluency. Ensuring the highest standards in language training are maintained throughout the delivery of courses is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related discipline. Native or near-native Mandarin fluency is required. Candidates must have at least 1 to 2 years of teaching experience in academic settings such as schools or language centers. Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary to deliver clear and engaging instruction. The ability to create student-centered lessons tailored to diverse learner needs is highly valued. Candidates must currently reside in Riyadh.
