The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional service within a lounge setting and be comfortable managing customer interactions with warmth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding table service ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Welcome guests promptly and courteously, establishing a hospitable atmosphere.
• Operate POS terminals efficiently to handle orders and payments (experience is a plus).
• Assist with setting up the lounge and maintaining cleanliness and order throughout service hours.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in a waitress or waiter role, preferably within a lounge or high-end restaurant.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation with a polite and professional demeanor.
