This opportunity is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering high-quality Middle Eastern and South Asian cuisines in a fast-paced catering environment.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves crafting a variety of traditional dishes with consistency and care, including:

• Preparing fresh juice, Shawarma, and making Broast and burgers to meet quality standards.
• Cooking and seasoning authentic Kabsa and Hyderabadi Biryani with authentic spices and techniques.
• Brewing and serving tea as part of the menu offerings.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area following food safety regulations.
• Collaborating efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should possess relevant experience along with necessary documentation to work in Saudi Arabia:

• Proven experience in preparing Kabsa, Hyderabadi Biryani, Broast, and related dishes.
• Valid Iqama with sufficient validity period.
• Basic education and culinary training are preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and high-demand kitchen environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
