We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to lead a breakfast and bakery restaurant in Riyadh. This role requires overseeing all day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional service, consistent food quality, and effective cost management. The ideal candidate will drive team performance while meeting sales and profitability goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As the Operations Manager, you will manage all facets of restaurant operations including opening and closing processes, maintaining high standards in food preparation, and delivering excellent customer service during peak breakfast hours. You will supervise kitchen, bakery, and front-of-house staff, ensuring efficient scheduling, training, and motivation to foster a positive workplace culture.

Financial oversight is essential, involving monitoring costs for food, labor, and supplies to meet budget targets. You will work closely with suppliers to maintain inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients. Quality control and strict adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations are critical, as is maintaining cleanliness in all operational areas. Additionally, you will handle customer feedback and complaints to enhance the overall dining experience while preparing detailed operational reports and implementing improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant or Operations Manager, preferably in breakfast or bakery settings.
• Strong understanding of food production, bakery operations, and customer service workflows.
• Proficiency in cost control, inventory management, and team leadership.
• Ability to manage peak breakfast hours including early morning shifts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment in decision-making.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is preferred.
• Knowledge of local food safety standards and compliance requirements.
