We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join a prestigious dining establishment in Riyadh. This role is ideal for candidates from Filipino or Nepalese backgrounds who are ready to lead and enhance restaurant operations in a dynamic, upscale environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee all daily restaurant activities to maintain high standards of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing budgets and resources effectively, tracking performance metrics, and generating operational reports. You will also lead and motivate your team to meet company goals while ensuring compliance with safety and operational policies.

Requirements and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary package up to 12,000 SAR, with the final amount subject to discussion during the interview. This full-time role requires working 8 hours daily with an additional 1-hour break, totaling 9 working hours. Employees are granted one day off per week.
