Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at a well-established Pakistani restaurant located in the Industrial Area of Riyadh. This leadership role involves managing all aspects of the restaurant to ensure smooth service, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant staff and coordinate daily activities to meet service standards.
• Ensure high-quality food service and excellent customer care aligned with the restaurant’s tradition.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels to support uninterrupted operations.
• Manage scheduling and performance of employees to optimize productivity.
• Implement hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in managing a restaurant, preferably within Pakistani cuisine or similar food services.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities to handle multiple operational tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Urdu to interact effectively with staff and customers.
• Ability to maintain a clean and welcoming environment while ensuring compliance with health standards.
• Problem-solving skills and an attentive approach to customer service.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from SR 2,500 to SR 3,000, reflecting experience and capabilities. Other employment benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.
