Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Cost Controller with a background in restaurant operations to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing and controlling food costs, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, and performing supplier reconciliations to maintain financial efficiency across our restaurant outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control food and beverage costs to optimize profitability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inventory management processes.
• Reconcile supplier invoices and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Analyze cost data to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain data accuracy using advanced Excel skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in cost control within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage costing procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
