Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef, preferably Filipino, to join a prestigious luxury restaurant in Riyadh. This position is open to local recruitment only and offers a competitive salary along with exclusive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating a diverse range of pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods. Maintaining high standards for taste, quality, and presentation is essential. You will follow precise recipes and portion controls, manage production schedules efficiently, and ensure the cleanliness and proper storage of all ingredients. This role also involves contributing to the development of new dessert items and seasonal menu selections.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The position requires working 8 hours per day plus a 1-hour break, totaling 9 hours daily. One day off per week is provided. Any hours worked beyond the standard 9-hour shift will be compensated as overtime. Salary is negotiable up to 4,000 SAR and will be finalized during the interview process.

Benefits and Contract Details

The successful candidate will receive free accommodation and transportation, medical insurance, and 21 days of annual leave. This role includes direct company sponsorship transfer, which will be processed immediately upon hiring, and a contract term of two years.
