A leading and expanding restaurant chain based in Riyadh is seeking a skilled and passionate Multi-Cuisine Executive Chef. This role requires someone with extensive culinary expertise across various cuisines to lead kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a wide range of high-quality dishes spanning multiple cuisines
• Create, develop, and standardize recipes to maintain consistency and quality
• Ensure strict food quality control and excellent presentation standards are met
• Oversee kitchen operations efficiently during peak service times to deliver timely meals
• Manage inventory levels and monitor stock requirements to prevent shortages
• Maintain stringent hygiene and food safety protocols at all times
• Lead, train, and supervise the kitchen team to enhance skills and workflow
• Participate actively in menu planning, including seasonal and special dish development

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven track record as a chef within multi-cuisine restaurant environments
• Strong expertise in Arabic, Continental, Asian, and fast-food cooking styles
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen setting
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities to coordinate kitchen staff
• In-depth knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations, and best practices
• Creative culinary flair combined with dedication to delivering high culinary standards
• Possession of a transferable Iqama is an advantage, if applicable
