Hiring: Cost Controller – Fine Dining Restaurant

Position: Cost Controller
Industry: Fine Dining Restaurant
Location: Riyadh

We are urgently looking for an experienced Cost Controller for a Fine Dining Restaurant in Riyadh.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Fine Dining Restaurants or Hospitality
• Able to independently run and implement full cost control systems
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage cost control
• Good educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong ERP system knowledge and reporting skills
• Asian nationality preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good analytical and reporting abilities
• Experience in inventory, recipe costing, stock control, and supplier reconciliation
Responsibilities:
• Control and monitor Costs
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
• Conduct inventory and stock audits
• Implement and improve cost control procedures
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Purchasing, and Finance departments
• Reduce wastage and improve profitability
• Ensure accurate ERP entries and reporting
