We are looking for a skilled South Indian cook to join Formula Arabia Catering Services located in Ar Rass, Riyadh. This is a full-time position offering a negotiable salary starting from 3000 SAR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian South Indian dishes, bringing authenticity and flavor to every meal served.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include crafting traditional South Indian dishes such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Sambar, Chutney, Rasam, biryani, and various curries. Maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness is essential to ensure food safety and quality in every preparation.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should have between 2 to 5 years of professional cooking experience, particularly in restaurants or catering services specializing in South Indian cuisine. Expertise with traditional South Indian spices and cooking methods is necessary for this role. Additionally, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment is important.

Requirements

Applicants must possess a valid Saudi Arabian residency permit (Iqama) that is transferable. Commitment to strict hygiene practices and the ability to follow established recipes accurately are also required.
