Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pakistani cook with 5 to 10 years of experience cooking in Saudi Arabia. Proficiency in Arabic is essential to effectively communicate within the team and with management. The ideal candidate will be adept at preparing authentic traditional dishes such as chicken karahi, mutton, dal, biryani, and vegetable curries, maintaining excellent flavor and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include preparing a variety of Pakistani dishes with great attention to taste and authenticity. The cook will work as part of a hotel staff, managing consistent food quality according to customer preferences and feedback. Strict adherence to recipe standards and hygiene protocols is expected to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of cooking experience in Saudi Arabia
• Fluency in Arabic
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani cuisine, including chicken karahi, mutton dishes, dal, biryani, and vegetable specialties
• Ability to deliver delicious, high-quality dishes consistently
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen environment

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary is SAR 1,500 if the candidate’s iqama is transferred. If the candidate already holds a valid iqama, the salary offered is SAR 2,200. Vacation is granted after completing two years of service. Working hours will align with the hotel staff schedule.

Work Environment

The role involves working within a professional hotel kitchen, where maintaining quality and customer satisfaction is paramount. Performance is monitored closely, and failure to meet taste and quality expectations may lead to termination without salary after two days.
