Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Kitchen Support Crew member to join our team in Al-Madinah. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and a passion for maintaining high standards in food preparation and customer service. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment with flexibility across various roles.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be involved in preparing burgers and sandwiches, assisting with kitchen operations, and supporting counter and delivery tasks as needed. The role requires adaptability and teamwork to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of experience working in reputable QSR brands such as Al Baik, KFC, Burger King, Herfy, or Hardee’s.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong knowledge of burger and sandwich preparation techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken Arabic and English, including written English skills.
• Non-smoker with no use of Tambak or Panparag.

Requirements

• Age below 35 years.
• Experience strictly limited to QSR roles; non-QSR experience will not be considered.
• Transferable iqama with a minimum validity of 4 months (applicable only to first transfers).
• Possession of a valid trained Baladiya card.

Work Environment

The position involves working within a fast-paced kitchen setting. The candidate should be prepared for varied tasks including kitchen duty, counter service, and assistance with delivery operations. Flexibility and a positive attitude towards collaborative work are essential for success.
