Key Responsibilities

The kitchen staff will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the kitchen, including:

• Preparing and handling various food ingredients following the restaurant’s standards
• Cleaning and organizing kitchen utensils, tools, and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations at all times
• Assisting chefs during cooking and other food preparation tasks

While prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred, it is not strictly required. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, remain punctual and committed, and have the physical stamina necessary for the demands of kitchen work. Applicants currently living in Riyadh will be given priority.
