Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Italian hot dishes with consistency and quality. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen. Manage food inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients to minimize waste. Collaborate closely with the food truck team to provide excellent customer experiences through delicious meals served promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working in an Italian hot kitchen setting.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for traditional Italian cuisine.
• Valid Iqama is mandatory for eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to work efficiently in a compact, mobile food service environment.

Salary and Benefits
