This position requires candidates to have prior experience in preparing and cooking Continental dishes in a large-scale kitchen environment. Applicants must hold a valid transferable iqama and be currently residing in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality Continental cuisine while maintaining consistent food standards and hygiene practices. Duties include:

• Preparing a variety of Continental dishes following established recipes and guidelines
• Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and complying with health and safety regulations
• Managing ingredient inventory and assisting in ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to efficiently meet meal service demands

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Continental cook in an industrial catering setting
• Valid transferable iqama, available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Indian nationality only
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
• Strong understanding of food safety standards
