Bombay Bites Restaurant, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a talented and dedicated Indian Chef to join their culinary team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have proven experience preparing authentic Indian cuisine and be passionate about delivering high-quality dishes in a bustling kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Indian Chef will be responsible for crafting a variety of traditional Indian dishes, from rich curries and aromatic biryanis to tandoori specialties and popular street food snacks. Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, flavor, and presentation is crucial. The role also involves ensuring a clean and hygienic kitchen environment in line with health regulations, managing kitchen inventories efficiently, and coordinating with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations. Additionally, the chef will monitor food preparation processes to minimize waste and assist in developing new menu items as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should have substantial experience working as an Indian Chef in restaurants or hotels, demonstrating deep knowledge of Indian spices, cooking methods, and recipes. The ability to work effectively under pressure while collaborating well within a team is important. Strong communication and time management skills are needed to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen. Familiarity with kitchen safety and hygiene standards is a must. Experience working in the Gulf region will be considered an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from 1800 to 2500 SAR per month. The company provides food, accommodation, and other benefits as governed by Saudi Labor Law.
