Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Full-Time Indian Cook to oversee meal preparation for our company mess in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing Indian cuisine and managing kitchen operations for a large group of staff.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 50-60 employees daily, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in both kitchen and dining areas. The cook will also be responsible for planning balanced weekly menus, maintaining kitchen inventory, and minimizing food wastage.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working as a cook in a company mess, catering service, or restaurant environment.
• Good knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
• Ability to efficiently manage cooking duties for a large number of people.
• Familiarity with Indian cuisine and menu planning.

Requirements

Applicants should currently reside in Saudi Arabia and ideally hold a transferable Iqama. Experience managing food preparation for medium to large-sized groups is essential for this role.
