ATYAAFCO Food Industries in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Chocolatier / Chocolate Chef to join their team. This role involves crafting high-quality chocolate products and developing innovative seasonal collections for special occasions such as Ramadan, Eid, and Saudi National Day.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing a variety of chocolate items including bonbons, pralines, bars, and enrobed pieces. They will also develop new chocolate products and curate gift boxes according to approved specifications. Managing chocolate equipment while ensuring product quality and shelf life remains at a premium is essential in this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a chocolatier, including expertise in volume production.
• Proficiency in hand and machine tempering, moulding, and enrobing techniques.
• Strong background in preparing ganache and caramel fillings that maintain stability over time.
• Familiarity with tempering and wrapping machines is advantageous.
• Thorough understanding of hygiene standards, food safety protocols, and allergen management.
• Submission of a photo portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory.
• Applicants should be Saudi nationals or expatriates holding a transferable iqama.
