A well-established Indian restaurant in Riyadh is urgently seeking skilled professionals to join their team in multiple key culinary and supervisory roles. This is a great opportunity for experienced chefs and restaurant service leaders who are passionate about delivering authentic Indian cuisine and exceptional dining experiences.

Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

• Indian & Tandoori Chef: Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and tandoori dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and authentic flavors. Requires at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Restaurant Service Captain / Head Waiter: Lead the front-of-house team by overseeing daily service operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. A minimum of 5 years experience is needed for this supervisory role.
• Senior Corporate Chef (Supervisor Role): Supervise kitchen operations and support the execution of menu planning and staff training. Must have at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory culinary position.
• Senior Seafood Chef (Supervisor and Operations): Focus on seafood preparation and kitchen operations management. This role demands 5 years of experience and a strong background in seafood cuisine supervision.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in Indian cooking and tandoori techniques for relevant chef roles
• Strong leadership skills for supervisory positions including restaurant service captain and senior chef roles
• Ability to maintain consistency and quality while managing busy kitchen or dining room operations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
