We are seeking skilled Chef de Partie and Demi Chef roles in Bakery and Pastry to join our vibrant teams in Riyadh and Dammam. This opportunity is open to experienced culinary professionals from Filipino, Indonesian, Nepali, Sri Lankan, Pakistani, and Indian backgrounds. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years’ experience in similar positions and be ready to bring their expertise to a fast-paced catering and food services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality bakery and pastry products. This includes managing daily kitchen operations within their section, ensuring the freshness and consistency of bakery and pastry items, maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health standards, and supporting the culinary team in delivering excellent dining experiences.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in bakery or pastry settings.
• Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Adaptability to work a 9-hour shift system and collaborate within a diverse kitchen team.
