We are looking for a skilled Chef / Bawarchi specialized in authentic Indian and Pakistani dishes, particularly known for preparing various styles of Biryani including Hyderabadi, Kolkata, and Muradabadi varieties. This opportunity is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is open to local candidates residing in Batha.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of traditional Indian and Pakistani food items, with a strong focus on Biryani recipes. Maintaining food quality, hygiene standards, and ensuring timely service will be essential parts of the role. Working closely with the kitchen team, the chef will contribute to menu preparation and assist in managing kitchen operations as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cooking Indian and Pakistani cuisine with expertise in different regional Biryani styles
• Must be a resident of Riyadh, preferably in the Batha area
• Valid Iqama and Baladiya Card are mandatory to apply
• Ability to work within a fast-paced kitchen environment and deliver consistent quality
