We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our prestigious coffee shop located in Riyadh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents in preparing a variety of breakfast pastries and baked goods within a dynamic and upscale environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Breakfast Chef will be responsible for preparing breads, buns, croissants, rolls, stuffed pastries, and other savory baked items. You will manage dough preparation, shaping, filling, baking, and frying, ensuring every dish meets high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene. Attention to detail and consistency in food preparation are essential to maintain our establishment’s reputation.

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, candidates should have proven experience working with baked breakfast goods and a strong understanding of dough handling techniques. Maintaining strict cleanliness and following food safety regulations is critical. Ability to work efficiently within an 8-hour shift plus a 1-hour break is expected.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary of up to 3,000 SAR, with opportunities for increase based on experience. Additional benefits include free accommodation, complimentary transportation, 21 days of annual leave, and medical insurance to support your well-being.

Work Schedule and Contract Details

The working hours are nine hours per day in total, including a one-hour break, with one weekly day off. The employment contract ranges from one to two years with direct company sponsorship transfer available promptly. Overtime work beyond nine hours is compensated according to company policy.
