Key Responsibilities

The Barista will be expected to prepare a variety of coffee drinks such as V60, lattes, and other specialty beverages. Greeting guests warmly, taking and processing orders accurately, and maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace and equipment are essential parts of this role. Providing a positive and welcoming experience to all customers is crucial to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a barista or in a similar position is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation
• Ability to handle orders and payments efficiently with attention to detail
• Friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with customers
• Capable of maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Preferred Qualifications
