Job Overview

We are looking to urgently hire 30 skilled Baristas of Indian nationality for positions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires candidates who are passionate about coffee and customer service, with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package within a dynamic catering and food service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to work 8-hour shifts, preparing and serving a range of coffee beverages while maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace. Basic communication skills in English or Arabic are necessary to interact with customers effectively. Being personable and presentable is also important for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Iqama with transferable status
• 2 to 5 years of barista experience
• Basic proficiency in English or Arabic
• Age between 21 and 32 years
• Attractive and professional appearance

Benefits and Compensation

The company offers a monthly salary of 2200 SAR plus overtime pay. Additional benefits include accommodation, health insurance, annual leave, and a one-sided airfare ticket. Please note that food expenses are to be managed by the employee.
